(1) You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your register account.
(2) When your order ships out, you can receive an email about your tracking information.
If you placed your order, but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check:
(1) Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.
(2) If you signed in through Facebook or G-mail, check the email linked with that.
(3) Go to "My Orders" and you'll be able to see all the order's you've placed and should be able to see the status of your new order.
(4) Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from ZAPAKA.
(5) If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.
You can change the shipping address Before Shipment. Please Contact us. We will modify your shipping address and send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.
While we can cannot make any modify to your address if your package is being shipped, you will need to contact the carrier to request changes of delivery.
Orders (swatches, accessories, fabric, etc.) cannot be updated once the package has been shipped.
Sorry to confuse you. Since some products on our website are made to order, we need some days to prepare it and another 5 - 7 business days ship it. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.

You may need to Contact US to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your items. Our after-sales department will handle the issue.
ZAPAKA will issue a full refund including freight for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team directly for assistance with processing your return.
Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.
• It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.
• For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into our warehouse after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund.
• All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, please Contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
• Once your return arrives back to us, it can take a few business days for us to process the order back into our warehouse. After that is done, we'll email you a confirmation that the order has been returned and your refund has been issued.
• Please keep in mind that it can take the carrier some time to get the return back to us. If you want to keep an eye on the progress of the return, just be sure to jot down the tracking number for the package.

• Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, when this was returned to us and any delivery reference numbers (i.e. from a collection service or courier) when you contact us.
If it is indeed our problems, we will reissue or replacement the item for you. If the item was damaged during transporting, the courier companies also need to take some responsibility.

The care instructions for each item are listed on the product page under the tab “Composition”. In order to take proper care of your item, we recommend you follow the instructions that can be found on its’ tag. If “Dry clean only” is listed, it’s because that is the best method to care for it.

Our color charts online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric.
