The Returns Portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 7 days of the delivery date.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, if you use the return label supplied by Zapaka a US$25.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Your return will be processed with in 5-7 business days once delivered to our facility, you will receive an email receipt once your refund is processed.
- Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account, your refund may be reflected on your next statement. PayPal refunds should appear within 24 hours.
